Marvel’s Spider-Man 2: Mastering the Soar Trophy

In Marvel's Spider-Man 2, the "Soar" trophy might pose a challenge, yet it's among the initial and most straightforward trophies to achieve. To unlock it, players must use the web glider, either as Peter or Miles, and traverse from the Financial District at the map's southwest to Astoria in the northeast.

The best route starts from a skyscraper, leading to the wind tunnel located in the Financial District's northeast. Activating R3 will highlight the wind tunnel rings, aiding in navigation. Once this route concludes, another wind tunnel appears slightly to the right, guiding players over the river directly into Astoria.

To get the Soar trophy in Spider-Man2, you need to glide to Astoria from the Financial District. Glide using wind tunnels over the body of water in one consecutive glide, and you will get the Soar trophy.

1. Starting From Financial District

Begin your journey in the top right corner of the Financial District. Look for the highest point, marked by a towering structure. This location serves as the perfect launch pad for your glide towards Astoria.

2. Glide to Astoria

From the Financial District, set your sights on the topmost point closest to your destination. This will be your guiding beacon as you navigate through the city's skyline. Remember, the key to this challenge is to use only your web wings for gliding. Any other form of movement, such as swinging or web pulling, is prohibited.

3. Glide Utilizing Wind Tunnels

To successfully glide from the Financial District to Astoria, you'll need to harness the power of wind tunnels. These tunnels provide the necessary boost to cover the vast distance between the two points. As you approach a wind tunnel, ensure you glide through the boosting rings. While it's not mandatory to pass through every ring, they offer valuable momentum to keep you airborne.

4. Glide Over Water

As you continue your glide, you'll encounter a large body of water. Positioned in the middle of this expanse is another wind tunnel. Aim for this tunnel as it offers a direct path towards Astoria. Glide seamlessly through the boosting rings, ensuring you maintain a steady trajectory.

5. Make It Through Wind Tunnel In One Gilde

Upon exiting the wind tunnel, keep your focus on the marker indicating Astoria. Continue gliding and don't use any other movement abilities. If you make it in one consecutive glide without touching the ground, you will earn the Soar trophy.
