Capcom News: New Monster Hunter Exoprimal Collaboration

Capcom's latest venture merges the Monster Hunter with Exoprimal, delivering a fresh collaborative experience. The partnership introduces a suite of content, from skins to equipment, and even a boss encounter with a renowned Monster Hunter beast. The trailer, reminiscent of the Monster Hunter World reveal, evokes a sense of nostalgia and anticipation for what's to come.

The trailer spotlights the Rathalos armor skin, tailored for the exosuit-wielding character Murasame. Given Murasame's affinity for long swords, the design is apt. Additional skins include the Skywave exosuit's Kirin armor and the Barrage exosuit's Nergigante-themed Nuron armor. The inclusion of these skins stirs a longing for battles with Nergigante, hinting at a hopeful return in future Monster Hunter installments.

Moreover, the Rajang armor skin will adorn the Roadblock Exo Suit, but the collaboration doesn't stop at cosmetics. Gameplay enhancements feature prominently, with smaller dinosaurs replaced by Jaggies, adding a familiar Monster Hunter touch to the onslaught. The pinnacle of this crossover is the Rathalos boss fight, a formidable challenge that beckons players to track and hunt the iconic "King of the Skies."

The Rathalos model, seemingly lifted from Monster Hunter Rise or World, promises a cooperative mission that blends the essence of both worlds. This collaboration stands as a testament to Capcom's commitment to immersive and innovative gaming experiences, bridging franchises and fanbases.
